Bike Race

Our stake holds a semi-annual 5k/ Half-Marathon/ Bike Race. You may remember that last year Blaine ran the Half Marathon and did a great job, but this year he said NO WAY and decided to take the two older kids on the Bike Race. My job was to be about half way in case Jace was too tired to continue. They went armed with plenty of snacks and water and Jace biked the entire 5K. If you count how much he pedaled on his little bike it would probably be closer to the Marathon. What a trooper. He did so good and loved being in a "race". You'd think he would be so sick of his bike, but was up and riding again when we got home. Jenna also did great and just hung out behind Blaine. Overall it took them about 2 hours with plenty of potty and snack breaks. What a fun time.
